Tampa, FL…February 15, 2005 — Mangrove Software, a leading provider in Web-based Human Resource, Payroll and Employee Self Service solutions, announces that Alabama’s Jefferson County Department of Health (JCDH), has gone live with Mangrove’s integrated Payroll/HRMS software together with time and attendance management from Gorrie-Regan and Associates.
